Manage your Aware account, subscription, and connected services.
Profile Settings
Access your settings by clicking your avatar in the dashboard header or visiting askaware.ai/profile. From here you can view your account details, manage connected accounts, change your password, and manage your subscription.
Free Trial
Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial ends, you will need to subscribe to continue using Aware.
Subscription
Aware Pro is $25/month. Your subscription includes voice commands, all Google integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft integrations (Word, Excel), browser automation, and multi-device sync across the web dashboard, Chrome extension, and Mac app.
You can manage your subscription — update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel — by clicking Manage next to your subscription status in your profile settings. This opens the Stripe billing portal.
Connected Accounts
From your profile settings, you can connect and disconnect external services:
• Google — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts
• Microsoft — Word, Excel
• Chrome Extension — Browser automation
Changing Your Password
You can change your password in the Security section of your profile settings. Enter your current password and a new password (minimum 10 characters). If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page to reset it via email.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account from the Security section of your profile settings. This will permanently delete your account, all conversations, and cancel your subscription. Your workspace data will be backed up but your account cannot be recovered without signing up again. Type DELETE to confirm.
